When the dream becomes reality ...
Mum of 4 children, passionate about Fashion, I wanted to start creating accessories when I was about fifty. Rich in my various trips to Africa, I wanted to use the very colorful fabrics of a part of this continent to create a range of accessories. I hope to bring some color into your life! The name Akwaba Le Cabas came to me as obvious because "Akwaba" means "Welcome"!
A passion
Since the creation of Akwaba le Cabas, I have never stopped imagining new items. I work in an artisanal way by choosing most of the fabrics on favorites, I draw the sketches of my ideas and my tailor transforms them into objects that I hope you will like!
